Returns 

We have a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days from the time you receive your purchase to return the item for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be in the original packaging to qualify for a return. All parts must be present to qualify for an exchange or return. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Handling and Delivery Times

We have a 2 business day handling period from the date of purchase. Delivery times will vary based on location of the recipient’s address, however will usually take between 3-7 business days to receive once shipped.
